I purchased a vehicle for my 18-year-old son from College Cars Chicago about two months ago. I was referred to this dealer by a co-worker. I was somewhat skeptical at first because I had never heard of College Cars. To my surprise, this ended up being one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The car we chose was a 2013 Toyota Corolla with 50k miles and super clean. No one really likes the car buying process, but Zack made our experience easy and 100% pressure free! He also had a complete background on the vehicle (car fax) and was able to answer all of my questions. College Cars pride themselves on total customer satisfaction and I will recommend them to all family and friends!

We were in the market for a new car and went to many different places. One place didn't have the car we were interested in because it was in the shop for not starting, another place was trying to charge $11,700 for cars with scratches and rust!? I mean come on!. From the moment we walked in, they were all so knowledgeable and kind at College Cars. They didn't hound you like most places do, and their quality of cars is unmatched! Zack takes pride in his cars, and he works his butt off for you. I was always able to reach him and ask questions and never felt like he thought we were a burden. Excellent service. Zack is personable and friendly.  I can tell he invests himself into the cars he sells and the people he sells them to. We shopped around at least 5 other dealers and dreaded the experience but college cars was the best hands down. Other dealers had no idea when we mentioned a car on the website and they would search the lot trying to find the car.  When we mentioned the car we were interested in at college cars they knew immediately which one. Zack worked with our finance budget and provided options that fit it. Highly recommend!

They have excellent service and the car looked exactly like it did on their website. They stand behind their product and they are the most reliable out there. The process of my first car shopping had no added pressure. I asked questions about the car and the service that has been done on it, and they answered them all truthfully. Their recommendation was to take the extended warranty, I took it because it is a used car and has a lot of moving parts, parts that you can't see, and now I'm covered for over 100,000 miles. I should be able to keep this car for 200,000 miles with all the maintenance.

This purchase was our 19-year-old son's first car purchase. Zach was great with our son. Bought our 2nd car, which was a beautiful car, but had a brake issue less than a few thousand miles into it. Contacted Zack & explained what was going on. Without hesitation, he told me to bring it in & they'll take of it. & they did. Hey, anything used can have problems, but separates a high-quality business from the rest is their customer service & how they deal with problems.
