My mother and I purchased a Hyundai from Zach and it was probably the smoothest experience when dealing with cars I’ve had. I'm by no means a car person but they didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing and when a part on my car was recalled they helped get a new one and installed it for me! They are so friendly and I’m sure my family will be back. The car itself is worth every penny. It’s my dream car and if they didn’t tell me it was used I honestly wouldn’t have known.

When the inside ceiling fabric fell down they fixed it right away and gave me a loaner car while they did. And their free services are awesome! I got a headlight replaced, wiper blades replaced, and air in the tires in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely come back when I need another car.

We never felt pressure and he helped us find the best car for our needs. The experience was excellent! On the way back from school my son noticed the check engine light came on a few months later. We notified Zack and set up a time for Zack to scan it for free as he states in his agreement. He scanned it the next day and within a few minutes he had a replacement gas cap on the car and he reset the check engine light. Problem solved. Zack stands by his cars. You can't ask for much more than that!

It was time to find some quality used cars for the girls. I found CCC online and went to the indoor showroom, and was greeted by Zach, the owner. Super nice guy, super clean place, absolutely NO pressure at all to purchase. Their cars tend to be older, but in great condition with LOW miles. We bought a 2007 and 2010. Very good prices in this crazy market. If you’re looking for an affordable used car in good condition, go see Zach. Btw, the purchase was in October 2021. Both cars have had NO problems at all. My mechanic said both cars look great!

Frankfort, ILI bought a Honda Civic from here a year ago. I purposely waited to post because I wanted to see how my car ran for a year or longer. I’m glad to report that I’ve had no issues. It’s a Great Car!! The radio isn’t that great and it goes out but I think that is more on Honda. In the first week of buying the car the air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold. Zach told me to bring it back and they fixed it for free. Great service and a great car.
